Solari provides a 12-month consumer warranty for each product, from the date of the end-customer purchase. The warranty solely covers manufacturing defects, deviations from internal quality standards (excl air inclusions in the glass vase, and excluding minor dents and scratches) , decoloration if not caused by: misuse, improper cleaning (e.g. no dishwasher, no abrasive tools, no chemicals, only mild soap and luke-warm water), thermal shocks (eg. avoid washing under hot water a vase that contained ice or very cold water, and vice-versa), or improper handling and accidental drops. Valid claims result in replacement of the unit, shipment cost not included. Conditions of Warranty applies only if the product was used as instructed on the manual. Claim Procedure: the buyer shall take contact with us with the form above, and submit a link to a online-stored, high-res, still video showing in a single reel, the defect and the serial number (to be found under the stem, please refer to the Instructions Manual), as well as proof of purchase and a written issue description.
